Simple Re-create of existing document by dfielder

I have a few documents that have been copied to death and I need word documents created of them so I can keep clean copies. There are a few things that may be tricky to duplicate, but I need them to be clean copies that look the same... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Data Entry)
