Microsoft CRM 3.0 to 4.0 Conversion by utahspc

We have CRM 3.0 on one server and want to go to CRM 4.0 on another server. When I loaded up 3.0 and tried to convert it is crashed twice. I now have 4.0 loaded and want to use the migration manager to bring over the information to 4.0... (Budget: $250-750)
