Wordpress: Copy site, facebook plugin, forum, newsmail by Tobi84

I would like to copy my wordpress site (www.amagerkiteskole.dk) and make a copy on www.supdanmark.dk I want the supdanmark site to look the same as amagerkiteskole but with different header and text on the site... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
