Wordpress auto-height iframe code by simamultimedia

We need a plug-in or code for WordPress so that iframed pages automatically adjusts height based on content. Code cannot slow down loading process.Must be written as plugin and support standard shortcode Successful completion means plugin is tested and works as required...
