Optimize my website for faster performance by nkmosch

I own www.katoikidio.gr which lacks loading speeds. I need someone to optimize the code my website is written on. It is php under a custom CMS. The person who will undertake this project must address the issues that rise from YSLOW (yahoo speed tool) that i attach with this post...
