Improved vBTube by Athena1984

I recently purchased a vbulletin modification called vBTube, which can be found on http://www.vbtube.com. There are several things I would like implemented with this modification. -As of now, there are no options to restrict certain categories to certain usergroups... (Budget: $750-$1500 USD, Jobs: AJAX, Forum Software, MySQL, PHP, vBulletin)
