I need SMTP server by cracker13

I have the Mailing Lists 300.000 emails what I need to send daily, I have the bulk emailing software, the only thing I need is the SMTP server because my internet provider allows only a limited quantity of emails... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: AJAX, HTML5, Javascript, MySQL, PHP)
