Google Calendar API integration with php by nero16

I have a website with simple php script that contain my Work timetable. i like that to be Integrated automatically into my calendar when its updated, with some additional conditions added, such as alarm, tasks/reminders, etc... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Google App Engine, PHP, Website Design)
