update website menu and get search function to work by escrowreview

need html/java guru or someone who can solve this! 1st) guys, i need to update my friends site, it's old school html and some java script. i added the new pages - no problem. but there is an "accordion menu" on the left side of each page... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript, PHP, Website Design)
