Javascript activity feed scroller by andrewsel

Hi! On my site - www.startmusic.com.au - you'll see the 'activity feed' on the left hand side ("Andrew commented on Max Dunn's project" etc). I would like it scroll vertically and pause, in exactly... (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, Javascript, MySQL, PHP)
