Convert wordpress pages to html by xlntttt

I need the template that's used for this site: http://goo.gl/hdPYP Right now it uses a wordpress template, but I want HTML files with css/, js/, and img/ folders instead. The pages should keep the divs in the site right now so I can easily update the content... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP, Wordpress)
