search query used to compare prices of merchants in my city by jordanthe1

need a search tool for my website... I want to use the search tool to make it easy to compare the prices and products of participating merchants in my city... ex I would want to be able to search a price range, city or region, specific product name and have the search turn up the top results..... (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: PHP, Software Architecture)
