Magento error in checkout by Donzi38ZR

Having a error I can't pinpoint at checkout on my magento cart. You get all the way to Order summary but not final submit. Please PM for details, only someone who cart start right now. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: eCommerce, Magento, MySQL, PHP, Shopping Carts)
