Joomla integration with 7 Xcart shopping carts by wsme

We currently have a Joomla website (1.5) which we want to integrate with 7 x-cart shopping carts (4.4.3). The integration should allow users, once logging into the main joomla site, to be automatically logged into the x-cart shopping cart once proceeding to that area... (Budget: $1500-$3000 NZD, Jobs: HTML, Joomla, MySQL, PHP)
