Fix Wordpress Speed Issues by SpeedMagicnet

Wordpress Site has serious speed issues. Cache plugin is running which speeds up front end but this only hides the issue, it would be much faster. Backend the page hangs loooooooooong when you do anything, update post etc... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, Javascript, MySQL, PHP, Wordpress)
