API to post listings to AutoTrader.com & Cars.com by hudsonperalta

I would like a programmer that has done this before or has a script available. I need to be able to post listings to my website, AutoTrader.com & Cars.com in one simple online form. I cannot seem to find documentation anywhere about API posting listings to any of these services... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, Software Architecture)
