setup CC Bill on my website as alternate payment option by dcm2hdf

I have a functioning website with a current payment gateway and I want to add CCBill to it. I need it integrated to work the same as the current payment gateway, it must not interfer with the current one either... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, Javascript, PHP, Script Install, Website Design)
