Magento: Only show items in stock in catalog and search by snapbacks

My online store uses Magento for our shopping cart solution. Currently ALL items are shown on the website whether they are in stock or out of stock. We would like to ONLY show items that are in stock with inventory greater than 0... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: eCommerce, Magento, PHP, Shopping Carts)
