Our company is interested on developing an IPTV system with their servers, it should include streaming, encoding, VOD, POP, billing servers, Middleware to be integrated on a commercial STB. There are many examples of systems working like this: MoveTV, VuNow, Roku, etc... (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: Linux, MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture, Web Security)
