Drupal ubercart edit by csw2008

Hello, I need for the check out page of my drupal site to be edited. Basically, the checkout needs to allow for users without an account to create an account while they are preparing to check out. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Drupal, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
