I would like to build a website that allows people to buy and sell social likes on Facebook and Twitter. A user would be able to "like" something and get paid a small fee. An Advertiser would be able to post a link and how much they are willing to pay per "like"... (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design, Wordpress)
