Opencart Modification by icommerze

I need to modify the current Opencart script to be able to be used for multi vendor system where buyer/sellers can login to the same interface to buy or sell designs. Please see inkd.com. I need a similar structure but using existing Opencart structure... (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: eCommerce, HTML, PHP, Shopping Carts, Website Design)
