Joomla 1.5+Fabric QUERY Email when form submitted by rcvanderplaat

I have a fabric form on joomla 1.5 that saves to database when submitted. I want some one to add some PHP code so the details of the form gets sent to a list of emails after the form is submitted. The emails to send to is the "Email" field in the "jos_fab_skippers" table... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Joomla, MySQL, PHP)
