Convert a NinjaTrader indicator to a Metatrader4 indicator by nguoitinh100nam

I'd like you to convert this NinjaTrader indicator to a MetaTrader4 indicator. I attached the Ninjatrader indicator in the zip file. I think this indicator requires both 2 files in the zip file. There are a lot of parameters in this indicator... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, Software Architecture)
