Anyone can convert Wordpress theme to CreLoaded by Gmiles

I've purchased a wordpress theme, love it so much, want to convert it for Creloaded. Anyone it has banner rotation and some other features. It is not very easy.. :) (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: CRE Loaded, CSS, Graphic Design, PHP, Wordpress)
