scraping and rss feed by JBSDigital

we need a script that can scrape the latest 10 blog posts in google blog search based on 10 keywords, and publish to a feed. the script should run automatically each half hour. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture, Web Scraping)
