Fix PHP article fetching function by oneshoto

I have a script which is supposed to fetch articles as content, however while it does fetch the article title, either not fetching the article or not dislaying it. Site can be seen at http://www.getinstantpayments.com/simplyparked/demo1/... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP)
