Wibya tool bar not refreshing by ashokh

Hi, We have a very small 2 min job. You had installed a the wibya tool bar on our site. BUDGET FOR THIS JOB IS ONLY 10$. I made some changes on the tool bar at www.wibya.com - if u see in the tool bar dashboard there, we had added some free apps on the toolbar, and removed 1-2 old apps... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CakePHP, Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
