IE8 and 9 HTTPS error / Frontpage Slider Prpblem by latnlvr131

I am experiencing a couple of issues in which I need help. 1. Internet Explorer 8 and 9 is giving me security issues once I start checkout in virtuemart when it start https: "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?" Need to have this problem resolved... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, Joomla, PHP, Shopping Carts, Virtuemart)
