Integrate custom field in frontend form of my wordpress site by deadparrotx

I'm running Geoplaces theme, I created a function and metabox for a custom field. I just need this function rewritten and integrated into a form on the frontend of my website. Attached is the function, it allows me to link my custom post type of "event" to "post" (businesses)... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, Website Design, Wordpress)
