HTML converted to PHP page by jtoelle

I have a database full of image names and the path to it's location on my server. I need a way for my writers to write a description for each image and save it to the database. Multiple writers will be using the same PHP page so I need each writer to never be working on the same image... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Javascript, MySQL, PHP)
