Fetch/Harvest emails and names from Yellow Pages Website by win555

Hi there I am looking for a faster way to collect the emails and the names info etc. out of a website that is like a Yellow pages or a free directory. I think this can be done with a fetch script to get all the data into an excel or harvest into a MySql table... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Data Entry, Data Processing, Excel, MySQL, PHP)
