Upgrade to PHPBB 3 by royalambassador

I am looking for someone with a lot of experience with PHPBB 3. If you really know what your doing I believe this should be a simple project. I have a website that when it was developed had phpbb 2 integrated into it... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Forum Software, PHP)
