Fix my script: Get User Names and Multiple MySQL Insert by icaruscreative

I need a simple solution (All PHP/MYSQL)... this basic script needs to be able to: 1 - list a group of items by pulling info from two tables 2 - add multiple items into a database on submit This will be used to enroll users in a course... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP)
