Timer Script Required by tibbie

I Need a small script that will take a user from an interior page back to the main page of the site after a defined time (must be able to be changed by myself) and after the user seeing a message. The existing template is Glype and the interior file is browse.php... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP)
