Simple payment management Php script needed by wdolphin

Hello. I need a very simple payment management system based on php and mysql. the system need to have the most basic options: Add a company (client). Add payment from client. Edit/Delete Company/Payment View all payments from a specific client and etc.... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP)
