I need a simple mailing script that allows me to upload my customer file into a mysql table and for me to send personalized thank you mails to all the customers Script should have the following page to upload txt file into mysql table (see attached for sample) .... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP)
