Prevent Hotlink MP3 / MP4 / FLV (htaccess / php) by N2Seller

I need to be able to limit hotlinking to certain sites only. I have 5 (backup) sites that have the same files + file structure (/images/year/month/image1.png) I use the 5 backup sites to play the media/image (to save bandwidth)... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, Linux, PHP, Software Architecture, Wordpress)
