Change PHP codes in my new website by johnsonjeng

my new site www.shareitems.com needs some editing. 1) currently when you upload files, it stores the file as http://www.shareitems.com/download.php?id=xxx, with xxx being consecutive numbers. therefore, you can type a random number like id=24 and link to a randome file uploaded... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Facebook, HTML, MySQL, PHP, Website Design)
