CCbill integration to replace Authorize.net by PennyShop

We currently are switching from Authorize.net to CCBill for purchase processing. We are looking for a programmer to install the CCBill code. (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: AJAX, PHP, Script Install, Website Design)
