Virtuemart Shopping Cart User Registar by Ausbouy

I have installed VirtueMart into a small T-shirt Retail Joomla website and all things are working fine except for the New User Register form. It appears something is wrong with either the PHP or Java... (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: Javascript, Joomla, PHP)
