CMS needs building for simple content website by tomaw

Hi Freelancers, This is a small project with a very limited budget. I own a little content website, currently with only 30 static pages. It has become tiresome hand editing every page individually in order to make a minor modification or add a new article... (Budget: £30-£250 GBP, Jobs: CMS, PHP)
