zen cart:homepage blank after transfer to a new domain by lazua

Only zen cart expert needed: i have a working website, zen cart based. I want to copy the site, by using another domain. but after i copied all files, make configuration on configure.php file, database, the homepage is all blank... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, MySQL, PHP, Shopping Carts, Zen Cart)
