Simple php script editing and adding upload pic functionalit by identitycreator

I need someone to modify this basic member system script and add picture upload function to the main.php /profile and also PDF upload function inside profile so user can upload files. then on the homepage of the website display the pdf files with a pdf icon and a name of the uploaded pdf files...
