MySql Query Needed to update table by suprastyles

I am not experienced with MySQL queries and need to hire someone to write a query that will update a table in my database. Basically I recieve affiliate feeds for my coupon website in CSV format. I need these files to import into my coupon table... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP)
