Javascript Text Animation (live - text pulled from database) by LMW205

I have a web site that will pull in text from a database and place it on a web page as a subtitle. I'd like Javascript code (unless there is another way to do this) to be able to animate that text. The animation would be to start with the text compressed horizontally... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Javascript, PHP, Software Architecture)
