Interspire Shopping Cart Custom Modification by kremaliturta

I use "cash on delivery" method on my Interspire Shopping Cart v6 script but there is a problem... Cash on delivery gets extra fee... It's more expensive than standard cargo methods and avaible for only some shipping companies... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, Software Architecture)
