ie and firefox issues with joomla by boomshot

Hello, I have a site that does not lay out well in IE 6.7 and 8. You can get an idea by viewing the front page, but the issue is present on the real estate component we have as well. I need someone to fix this so it views correctly in IE... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, Joomla)
