Email Account Registration by mcmellondesign

Need a developer to design an automatic email registration system for my website. I want to allow users to be able to register an email address on my domain and come back to check their email. This should be a very simple script to install and edit to my needs... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Linux, MySQL, PHP, Script Install, System Admin)
