Excel to Mysql and Display by limecity

In the backend admin area: I need a php script that allows easy import of a excel file of 20 columns and unlimited rows. Whether i need to convert the excel file to csv or xml file, doesn't matter as long as it works... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
